jus woke up frm my sleep. i realised i've slept frm 3pm to 7pm. bleah//. and i'm still so tired. -bangs head on wall- i'm not a sleeping kind of person though kaes. jus tat din sleep last nite. at all. heh. only slept fer half and hour. and woke up at 5.45am to prepare to go fer trng.

its kinda funny larhx. i went fer trng and everything was okie. i wasn't tired or anething. thank god. i could hav jus died dere being tired and sleepy. oh yeah. trng was kinda fun. we din run much. we're concentrating and training more on the stick work and stuffs now. not much on physical yet. yupps.

went to town again. yupps. wiv brenda and carolyn at first. den went to mit vonica after tat. okie. it was funny. we had the cage of 24 balls once again. and its little insane trying to carry tat all around town. its heavy and it looks funny and wierd. but we still did it. hahas. lame us.
